Neglect.
Positive: The view. Kitchen facilities were good. Bathroom good too.
Negative: Windows won't open making the house very warm. Furniture in bad condition. Carpet not clean. Outdoor furniture uncomfortable. No shade on deck or balcony.

Just the best view you could dream of
Great quirky place.
Few issues but vay-cays were quick to resolve them

Miss
This was my third stay at Praxis, it feels like coming home.
I have stayed in several properties at Trebarwith, but you can not beat the view at Praxis, it is amazing.
The decor and furnishings are looking a bit tired, but i think this just adds to the charm of the place.
Am missing the place already and i know i will be back.

Christmas stay
Positive: Location, wood burning stove, comfortable and well-equipped.
Negative: Not much. Would have helped to have boot/ dog cleaning capabilities or at least a good mat.

Praxis is just lovely. Great apartment with the best view ever. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the log burner.
